Ticket prices always include transaction costs.
You will receive your e-ticket(s) as a PDF attached to your confirmation email, you can print them out and take them to the performance or show them on your smartphone or add the download to your Wallet application.
We aim to have our performances start on time. This is only possible if you arrive on at the designated hour. After the start of the performance public will no longer be admitted. Latecomers have no right to a refund or other compensation.
If you are a wheelchair user, have difficulty walking, are - partially -sighted or hearing impaired, or if you need assistance, please let us know in advance.
Sold tickets will not be taken back or exchanged except in case of cancellations.
