General terms and conditions

  1. The ticket prices always include transaction costs.
  2. You will receive your e-ticket(s) as a PDF in your confirmation email. You can print them and bring them to the performance, show them on your smartphone, or add the download to your smartphone's Wallet.
  3. We aim to start our performances as punctually as possible. This is possible if you arrive on time. Half an hour before the start of the performance, we open the doors to the audience. The seats are not numbered, so it's best to be present in time. After the start of the performance, no more audience will be admitted.
  4. Latecomers are not entitled to a refund or other compensation.
  5. If you are a wheelchair user, have difficulty walking, are visually or hearing impaired, or need assistance, please notify us in advance.
  6. Sold tickets are not taken back or exchanged, except in case of cancellations. Of course, you can always resell your ticket(s) yourself (without profit margin) via www.ticketswap.be.

A-card with reduced rate

If you have an A-card with a reduced rate, you will receive a discount on a selection of performances with the code from your A-card. The ticket price will then be €2. For MAD Festival 2024, this discounted rate applies to the performances MAD Generation, Humans 2.0, Da Capo and En attendant le grand soir. The tickets are limited in number.

To order such tickets online, select price category 'kansentarief', select the number of tickets and enter your A-card number(s). If this price category doesn't appear, you can not (/no longer) order tickets at reduced rate.

You can also order tickets at reduced rate via mail or at the Arenberg ticket desk during opening hours (Wednesday from 1 pm to 5 pm). This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
